Then select Clear Browsing Data…:

In the Clear browsing data popup, set the Time range to All Time:

Ensure the Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files options are checked:

Then select the Clear Now button at the bottom right of the popup window:

Under Cookies and Site Data, select the Clear Data… button:

In the Clear Data popup window, ensure the Cookies and Site Data, and Cached Web Content options are checked:

Then select the Clear button at the bottom-right of the window:

When prompted for confirmation, select the Clear Now button:

Under Privacy, select the Manage Website Data button:
