Below is a list of commonly occurring errors associated with setting up email automation.
- Failed to send email: The remote name could not be resolved: ‘value’
- The “Mail Server” can not be found
- If the Mail Server can be pinged from the Web Server, Confirm the webconfig has the correct Mail Server.
- If the Mail Server can not be pinged from the WebServer, contact your IT team to resolve the networking issues
- The “Mail Server” can not be found
- An Email Behaviour whose recipient refers to a Form value was not executed as a value has not been set in the referred form value: Item
- An Email Automation has a dynamic recipient which has no value when the automation was triggered.
